    Elevation has developed a unique way of reporting workout progress to both the client and trainer. Not only is every set, rep, weight, and time recorded and easily accessed for later reference, but every tracked workout is given a percent complete number based off a ratio between the assigned workout values and those that were tracked on that specific date as well.

    Once a workout is assigned to a client, both the trainer and client have the ability to track the performance of this workout by logging the number of sets, weight, rest, and RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion).
